Job Description:

Administration role

Work closely with Service Operations Manager, Technical Manager, Planners and AME’s.

Carry out instructions to achieve operational performance goals;Monitor technicians’ job performance to ensure all field service interventions are carried out within set timeframe;Analyze and reduce repeat job rates to improve efficiency; Implement FTF.Provide technical support to CTS sales personnel on preparation

 of quotations.

Assist service planner to execute and minimize WIP;Assess and develop technical team’s skill and competency.Provide technical assistance to customer inquiry through 24-hr service hotline. Make sure all calls are logged.

       VISMIN Role

Provide technical support to all FSE’s in CDO and Davao, in collaboration with Technical Manager.Report to MyQuest for any technical concern/issues encountered in the field by any of branch FSE’s.
