The Research & Development Specialist is responsible in assisting in the development of new products to meet company's customer specifications based upon the availability of resources including ingredients and other supplies. He / She assists in the conduct of analytical test including sensory evaluation common to wheat, corn, meat, sauce and pasta products. Maintains and manage certain degree of cleanliness and sanitation in the area of responsibility and adheres to the company's safety standards, procedures and policies.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Chemistry, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Food Technology/Nutritio
