Qualifications
- Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year program
- With at least 2-3 years experience in sales (Chicken and Duck Layer or Hogs)
- With Driver's license, with a personal vehicle
Job Description
- Achieve monthly and yearly guaranteed sales volume
- Conduct sales management under the leadership of G.M, make the annual sales plan based on the company operation plan, and send it to G.M for approval
- Detailed training program for sales staff and customers and put those programs into practice every year, keeping records and assessments. Execute the company's sales strategy
- Assist Filipino Sales Rep in prospecting farms and distributors in their own territories. Maintain, and follow up with the old clients and promote and do services. Client visits
- Supervision, and examined the management of all Filipino sales representatives. Assessment will be rendered and filed properly.
- Preside over the monthly sales meeting, discuss the main work done last month, and work plan for next month. Make a plan for next month, and make sure sales work is done precisely.
