Job Description
Key tasks and responsibilities- Manage eCommerce business projects end-to-end from scoping to execution- Propose, execute, and deliver impactful projects that will drive the business’s KPI and/or business efficiencies- Understand business projects holistically – it’s rationale, value, design, and impact; design fitting solutions for identified areas with opportunity and improvement- Coordinate with different project owners and stakeholders to align the goals, clear road blocks, and ensure smooth execution, while providing full project visibility and feedback- Responsible for reporting and analytics related to various Commercial metrics and KPIs including sales, traffic, and promotional tools.- Develop an in-depth understanding of underlying data, data model and business domain by investigating, reviewing and analyzing data from multiple internal and external sources. To always work with a best practice mindset and provide expertise in reporting, data analysis and business analytics.- Coordination with all stakeholders (Commercial Team, Marketing Solutions, and Business Operations) to ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns- Communicate actively with LazMall PH team the insights and strategy on how to grow the business and improve operations in Ecommerce setting
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Business or Engineering courses.- Very strong data, numbers and analytical skills.- Experience in developing SQL queries and BI Reports (PowerBI, Qliksense, Tableau, etc)- Superb Excel and Analytics Skills.- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.- Strong work ethics, integrity, flexibility, diversity, customer service orientation, leadership/coaching skills.- Strong interest in driving business improvements through analysis and data driven decision making
