Global MDM Product Business Analyst (Master Data Management)

Job Scope:

Global MDM Product Master, as part of UniOps Customer Operations, facilitates the end-2-end process of creating accurate and on-time master data for new materials through a robust cross-functional process using PEGA/NECO platform. Global Customer Operations Delivery Network (MDM) coordinates the work of regional MDM teams, provides guidance on process design, data definitions and quality stewardship, as well as drives global transformation projects.

Responsibilities:

The successful individual will be responsible for NECO stewardship – providing guidance to regional MDM teams on process design data definitions and quality:

Collaborate with regional MDM teams and other UniOps functions engaged in Product MDM processesProvide guidance on process design, data definitions and quality stewardshipDrive global transformation projects and support change managementAct as global expert for MDM Product Master related topicsProvide guidance on process design, data definitions and quality stewardshipMonitor MDM delivery and quality performance for continuous improvementDrive global transformation projects and support change managementWork with GCAD and Audit on controls related to MDM Product Master

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree holder with 3-5 working experience and understanding of Product MDM process managementExcellent Project Management and Stakeholder Management skillsIn-depth understanding of Business Operations Supply ChainProven data processing and analytics skillsHighly developed communication skills in EnglishHighly proficient with SAP ERPDemonstrated agile mindset and capabilitiesSelf-driven, self-confident influencing styleResult and action oriented
