Admin for Sales Activities for both Local & International
- Processing of sales activity requests for both international and local
- Processing of liquidation for sales activity requests for both local and international
- Inquiries and concerns on sales activity budgets and coordination with finance and treasury
- Processing of collateral and giveaway ordering in coordination with procurement and payment processing Admin for Sales Offices and Showroom Budgets and Requests
- Processing of budgets and concerns of sales offices and showrooms in coordination with admin office of sites and personnel on the ground
- Payment processing of weekly, monthly, and occasional billings
- Monitoring of showroom and sales office supplies
- Logistics of activities for local and international
- Booth and showroom manning monitoring
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with basic Microsoft office platforms (excel, word, PowerPoint)
- Organized and detail oriented
- Bachelor’s/College degree
