1. Collates, organizes, analyzes and interprets data such as, but not limited to flights, passenger movement, fares, etc; makes projections, presents collected data to better understand market movement;
2. Prepares market analysis, industry developments, trends in competition, route development and network connectivity in relation to passenger traffic and cargo movement, projections, etc.
3. Study and forecast the aviation growth in the country and worldwide;
4. Conducts in-depth study of the aviation industry’s advancement for improved forecasting of future trends and passenger and cargo movements;
5. Develops the agency’s long-range (strategic) plans and consolidates short-range plans for monitoring of performance;
6. Provides technical assistance to the Chief Transportation Development Officer by preparing technical and economic management report;
7. Provides analysis of CAB statistics collected from our stakeholders which will serve as basis for plans and programs of the aviation industry; and
