LoPhils Inc. is looking for a Data Analyst to assist in preparing reports, building insights, and developing reporting strategies.

Responsibilities:

Gather, collect, and prepare reports for Marketing, Operations, and Business FinancialsOrganise, manipulate, and analyse data and translate them into actionable insightsPresent and communicate findings to various teams, integrate insights, and tell stories from dataDevelop automated dashboards through Google Sheets and Google Data StudioPropose and prepare briefs for reporting and automation strategiesDevelop and implement automation of workflows and work processesEnsure quality and accuracy of data and improve reporting methods by developing process documentations

Requirements:

Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Mathematics, or related fields.Good verbal and written EnglishPreferably has experience using Google Sheets, Google Data Studio or similar reporting toolsMust be creative, resourceful, and dependableCan work with minimal supervisionA self-starter and can work well with a teamFresh graduates are welcome to applyWilling to work from home until after COVID-19 and then willing to work at CyberPark Tower 1, Cubao, Quezon City
