The District Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, motivating, directing and managing activities of a Professional Medical Representatives (PMRs) for a specific district. He/she shall be responsible in handling sales operations, driving business growth in his/her assigned territory by delivering on budgeted sales objectives while adhering to organizational policies.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Marketing or equivalent.At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Pharma industryWith solid background of South LuzonWith proven track record of Sales and Leadership in Pharmaceutical Preferably with background in PULMO line
