Job Description Responsibilities Identify, analyze and present market opportunities to maximize return on asset for AirAsia Group’s growing aircraft fleet; Assist to formulate network strategy for the group’s rolling 3 year route plan; Make data driven recommendations to improve route profit; Develop and conduct route recommendation presentations to management; Prepare and lead monthly route performance review presentations; Analyze and develop decision support information from various databases; Monitor traffic trends and competitor movements; Conduct on-the-ground destination visits to evaluate market opportunity; Update rolling 3 year network frequency table and route roll-out plans; Engage both internal and external stakeholders to support ongoing route performance. Desired Skills & Experience Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Mathematics, Statistics, or Actuarial Sciences; An innate curiosity to make sense of the world; Outside the box thinker and willingness to question the status quo; Keen eye for detail and a relentless drive for improvement; Proficient in written and oral English language Personable and Interpersonal Skills Team player Able to deliver a polished product within tight timelines; Efficient communicator with the ability to clearly and concisely present ideas; Passion for the aviation industry a definite plus; Strong analytical skills and proficient in MS Excel; Proficiency in statistical methodology, Python, SQL and or VBA a plus would be an added advantage.
