Duties and Responsibilities:

Guide and monitor the sales representative to achieve the sales targets in the specific area.To introduce the product in the market.Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.Personally contacts and secures new business accounts and customers.“Get the sale” using various sales methods (field saturation, cold calling, presentations etc.)

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.Has experience working in a TIRE, AUTO BATTERY, or LUBRICANT industry.At least 4 years and above of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Track record of achieving sales quota in the field of automotive, industrial, or consumer industries.Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
