Job Responsibilities :

Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.A retail manager’s role is to run a store successfully.

Job Qualifications :

A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.Applicants must have experience as Retail Manager in any supermarket,Department Store,variety store (Food and Non Food)
