Job Summary:  Responsible for providing excellent customer service, as well as effective and efficient banking transactions.  Assists in all areas of bank operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.   Assists bank clients and prospective clients in answering queries regarding bank products.  Ensures that all requirements are met before endorsing the opening of accounts to the bank officers.

2.  Responsible for the preparation of check/s for deposit and its corresponding report.

3.  Custodian of depositor's Customer Account Records and Signature Cards.

4.  Acts as alternate teller.

5.  Prepares checks and check vouchers, and maintains logbook of check issuances.

6.  Responsible for processing loan applications in compliance with bank's policies.

7.  Provides assistance in reviewing, preparing and maintaining various credit files and follows-up on delayed accounts.

8.  Acts as the Petty Cash Custodian, ensures the correctness and validity of all disbursements for the officer's approval.  Prepares replenishment when necessary and makes sure that the Petty Cash is balanced at the end of the day.

9.  Responsible for informing Management of any violations, improper conduct, commission of fraud, and any other actions in any form that may result in loss or adverse effects to the bank's image and its personnel.

10.  Performs other functions as may be assigned by Management.
