Qualifications;

Involve in the acquisition of new branches (BreadTalk - 333 Foods NCR Area)Visiting and developing existing storesInspiring and motivating staff to increase salesevaluate the performance of staff membersTaking action to address underperforming storesCoaching, challenging, and supporting employeesInvolved in the setting of sales and financial targetsOverseeing each store location and monitoring and reporting on performanceIdentifying and delivering all relevant/appropriate opportunitiesComprehending, interpreting, and analyzing sales figuresEnsuring presentation and compliance in stores are up to company standardsPresiding team meetings to discuss strategyImplementing a retail plan for the area in line with company strategyHaving overall responsibility for marketing, media exposure, and press releases in my designated areaMediating and resolving disputes between customers or suppliers and the company
