Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Virtual Admin Assistant to help our client with executive and administrative tasks.

Job Description:

As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide exceptional executive and personal support to managers to ensure they can perform their role in the most optimised way. 

Anticipates and prepares materials needed by the executive for conferences, correspondence, appointments, meetings, telephone calls, etc .Handles administrative details, usually of a confidential nature, on behalf of executive, uses considerable judgment and initiative to determine the approach or action to take in non-routine situations .Analyses complex information requests, prepares special or one time reports, summaries, or replies to inquiries, selecting relevant information from a variety of sourcesCreates, edits & formats Word, Excel & PowerPoint documents at an advanced levelContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededSets up new jobs including Quoting creative projects Accepting client purchase orders and creating invoice forecasts for all project types Invoicing creative projects Receipting supplier bills against Purchase Orders Managing PO and Supplier bills modules for accuracy Admin support to Senior Project Manager

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration or any related field.With at least 2-3 years relevant experience .Effective use of Microsoft suite and ability to adapt and learn to new software packages.Strong adherence to office management.Strong communication skills both written and oral.Able to multi-task and work under pressure.Persistent approach to time management.High degree of accountability and attention to detailAble to demonstrate initiative to identify opportunities, anticipate problems and take action to rectify situationThe ability to work with other people towards a common goalEffective diary management Preferably with experience in CRM and Zoho one but not required
