Performs a proper hand-off to Renewal Manager for all renewals that requires client engagement/communication – negotiation, upsell/down sell, cancellation, etc.Ensures that all renewals are properly set for discount recapture ba
sed on MSAPerforms other administrative function as defined and delegated by the line managerWork hand in hand with Renewal Managers/SR Renewal Managers to help drive renewals
HARD REQUIREMENTS (Non-Negotiables):
At least 1 year of experience in renewals, sales or sales support2-year college degree or equivalent business experienceShould have above average communication skills; similar to CSR
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS (negotiables)
Experience recording information in Salesforce or similar CRM system preferred (not required)Strong numeracy skills and competence with information management tools, including MS Excel, and Power BI
