QUALIFICATION!
a. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
b. Open to fresh graduates but preferably with at least 6 months working experience in Administrative functions or document Management
c. With strong sense of urgency, keen to details, and organized with files
RESPONSIBILITIES!
a. Handles highly confidential and sensitive information, records, reports, and files.
b. Processes cash reimbursements, cash advances, expense liquidations, and invoices.
c. Prepares RCP for billings and others using eSAS (Electronic Shared Accounting System).
d. Handles documentation for signature of the Department Head.
e. Answers phone calls/inquiries and routes to person-in-charge.
f. Requisitions and monitors office supplies and equipments.
g. Monitors the Department Head’s calendar and processes vehicle reservations for the group.
h. Follows up necessary documents from various departments.
i. Prepares transmittals and vendor maintenance for clients.
j. Tags COCA by actual date of completion.
k. Prepares building plans and SLOs for Horizontal Projects.
l. Performs other related functions from time to time.
