1. Recruitment
- Paper screening and giving your assessment regarding the candidates to the Senior HR.
- Reaching out to suitable candidates via linkedin, recruitment firms or via their emails (if they were internal referrals).
-Make sure that Recruitment forms have a steady flow of endorsed candidates for interview.
- Coordinating with interviewers on scheduling interviews with candidates (Zoom meetings is the Platform used)
- Informing candidate if he or she will move on to the next interview or if chosen for the role.
- Coordinating candidates for requirements and inquiring about any concerns about the job offer.
- Familiar in Recruitment in International Clients
2. Onboarding
- Coordinating with Human Resource Shared Service Center and the new hire in processing requirements such as personal details for the database.
- Coordinating with IT in setting up the laptop and IT equipment.
- Assisting new hires in creating a BDO payroll account.
- Preparing all first-day items such as onboarding forms, notebooks, and new hire gifts for the employee's arrival.
- Make sure to accommodate both Senior HR and Hiring Manager's requests regarding the first-day onboarding.
3. Project Management
- Coordinating with different individuals and groups is projects such as the office renovation
