JOB DEscriptIONS
1. Monitors incoming and outgoing billing statements from various agencies
2. Prepares payment requests for review of the HR Manager
3. Coordinates with agencies all timekeeping and billing related concerns
4. Assists in preparation and execution of Employee Engagement activities
5. Prepares timekeeping and Health Declaration reports of employees
6. Provides administrative support to HR officers as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of a 4-year degree course
- With at least 1 year experience with HR/Admin work
- Good communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Highly organized and analytical
