As a Junior/Senior Accountant, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the Company. You will work closely with various stakeholders in ensuring the completion and accuracy of all financial reporting while being in compliance with the local tax/audit regulatory. Your deliverables to the finance department will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the business.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage day to day accounting and bookkeeping tasks as required.Work with Accounting Manager on the preparation of mo
nthly and annual ledger closings activities, reconciliations, and financial package reporting.Deal with contracts, paperwork, invoices and records from in-house billing and collection team. Reco
ncile between finance and operation, by collecting and analyzing accounts’ information.Assist in regio
nal co
nsolidation and accounting in new countries.Liaise with financial auditors and local tax authorities.Perform other related ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Requirements
Degree educated with accounting qualification CPA or similarMinimum 3 – 5 years hands-on accounting or financial auditing work experience post-graduate.Solid accounting knowledge as well as local tax/audit regulation. Big 4 background preferred.Proficiency in Excel is highly desirable.Experiences with QuickBooks, XERO, MYOB, WAVE or other accounting system preferred.Good knowledge of transportation industry and/or internet company preferred.Proactive in communications and a team player.
