Job Description

Position: Financial Controller (FC)

Department: Finance

Location: Clark Global City, Pampanga

Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer

Subordinates: Finance Team

 Overview:

The Financial Controller shall oversee TRT Financial & Operations department

Key Deliverables:The Financial Controller is responsible for producing the following deliverables:• Maintain positive revenue and financial growth• Promote regulatory compliance• Ensure accuracy across financial information• Execute and review TRT's financial performance and direct our accounting operations• Supervising the collections, payable and corporate accounting teams as well as the value chain and IT teams• Formulate sound financial strategies, implementing proper internal controls, achieving organizational targets, and developing financial plans that support TRT’s strategy for 2020 and beyond• Streamline TRT’s accounting functions and operations, provide financial analysis and reports, train staff on business finance issues, promote regulatory compliance, and drive income generation and OPEX minimization• evaluating and managing risk• Ensuring compliance with regulations• Overseeing accounting operations• Monitoring expenditure, forecasting revenue and internal controls• Coordinating auditing processes and ensuring accuracy of financial information• Preparing financial analysis and reports.• Publishing of financial statements• Analyzing financial data and expenditure• Overseeing and preparing income statements• Participating in budgeting processes• Managing financial transactions and accounting records• Streamlining accounting functions and operations• Developing plans for financial growth• Coordinating audit processes• Train staff on business finance issues

Required Skills/Capabilities:• Master's Degree in Accounting or equivalent• 5+ Years Proven experience in Finance management• Proven track record in leading the financial operations of a global/regional company or a regional/global business unit within a larger multinational• Strong in strategic planning• Exceptional numerical proficiency to maintain a positive revenue and financial growth• Good communication skills• Exceptional leadership qualities• Excellent interpersonal skills• Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals• Auditing experience• Compliance oriented and highly organized• Proficiency in accounting software• Strong analytical skills and systemic thinker to plan• Exceptional problem-solving skills• Results-driven and professional focused• Resilient
