Accommodates clients who visit the dealership; gathers relevant information and direct customers to the proper area of the dealership based on the customer’s needA.  ADMINISTRATIVE / FUNCTIonAL SUPERVISIonmarket DCRC appointment system to walk-in customers promote customer-care and convenience. fills up the ASLP with appointed customers update welcome board daily schedules PDI handles customer concerns files RO’s makes report for immediate superior (ex. Inactive clients) updates DCRC bulletin board for new articles (from newspaper or Ford website)assess reason for visit or provide assistance or direct to appropriate party.  B.   EDUCATION     a graduate of any four-year business related course  C.. EXPERIENCE  Preferably with at least 1 year relevant experience
