Accommodates clients who visit the dealership; gathers relevant information and direct customers to the proper area of the dealership based on the customer’s needA.  ADMINISTRATIVE / FUNCTIonAL SUPERVISIonmarket DCRC appointment system to walk-in customers promote customer-care and convenience. fills up the ASLP with appointed customers update welcome board daily schedules PDI handles customer concerns files RO’s makes report for immediate superior (ex.
