Qualifications:
Excellent written and spoken English
Bachelor/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
At least 2 years experience in AMADEUS reservation and ticketing as well as international fare calculations.
Experience working in a BPO preferred
Working knowledge in Office 365, Outlook & Internet.
Exceptional attention to detail with very good organizational skills
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and willing to work on Night Shift.
Works well with the team and with sound work ethics.
Responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:
Manage inbound calls and emails from US and CA travel agents and provides service information for travel advisories, requirement and important policies.
Facilitate group booking inquiries.
Handles reservation and ticketing.
Performs other tasks and special projects as may be assigned.
