Your ‘day to day’

As Sales Logistics Inventory Analyst, you will perform timely and accurate inventory reconciliation of SAP, iSMS, and Physical Stock Inventory, as well as execute System Movement Replication, Variance Analysis, Resolution, Recording and Reports preparation. You will help ensure optimal and accurate inventory levels at Sales Office Warehouse in order to avoid stock outs and over stocks.

Your responsibilities include:

• Executes SAP system transactions related to sales office warehouse movements, performs timely reconciliation and proper analysis to determine causes of inventory variances

• Executes replication of iSMS system movements and reconcile system balance versus actual physical inventory and Activity Report (AR)

• Executes product tracking compliance monitoring and reconciliation and coordinates with related functions on tracking gap resolution

• Monitors finished goods stock inventory levels in accordance with set stock policy, determines critical stock level and recommends stock transfer to ensure product availability and avoid out-of-stock condition

• Monitors Point-of-sale material (POSM) inventory accuracy versus actual physical stocks and check compliance of 3PL Logistics Warehouse team on document process and approvals

• Gathers and consolidates competitor field intelligence, and recommends initiatives to sustain competitive advantage

• Executes Area Sales Logistics report consolidation and review, in coordination with 3PL warehouse team, to ensure all reports are accurate and timely

Who we’re looking for

You must have a bachelor’s degree and you have had at least 2 years of related work experience. Preferably with SAP Knowledge and Accounting experience. Also, a background in Warehousing and Inventory Management is a plus. You have high analytical, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. You must be amenable to be assigned in Iloilo Sales Office, with Mondays to Saturdays, 10:00am to 7:00 pm shift.
