1 Process Export Shipment Coordinate booking with nominated forwarder.

Facilitate loading of goods - FCL, LCL, Air ShipmentPreparation of shipping documents - Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin

2 Process import Shipment

Coordinate with supplier the shipping documentsCoordinate with Forwarder & Broker

3 Process PDEA License of imported chemicals categorized under priority Chemical Listing (PCL).

Ensure annual renewal of licenseSubmit quarterly report to PDEA on all controlled chemical.Apply PDEA license for every importation of chemicals.

4 Process government mandatory report and annual renewal license to related agency.
