Job Description

Role scope includes (but is not limited to) the following:

Assists the Senior Supervisor in ensuring effective planning, allocation of parcels, clustering, and rostering of Couriers in the event of Courier absenteeism, rest days, and excess or low loads.Assists and monitors exception parcels segregation and properly endorse hub operation.Facilitates and monitors all drivers must be checked out on or before leaving hub premises.Facilitates and ensures effective implementation of reattempt by complying with hub Check Point Charlie (CPC).Assists the delivery couriers in all delivery concerns and directly communicates to hub validators.Ensures that all Runsheet created by hubs will be closed and remittance will be tallied from actual versus system.Ensures that all for Reverse Delivery will be delivered to the seller based on the given cut-off time.Assists and ensure on-time submission of courier’s incident report as needed.

QUALIFICATION:

At least 1-2 years of working experience in Logistics/Hub working environment, and working experience in a courier working environment would be an advantage.Computer literate, well versed in MS OfficeAbility to work early morning shifts.Knowledge and experience with methods for process re-engineering.Ability to analyze data and provide insights from data.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Great interpersonal and communication skills.Willing to be assigned in Western Bicutan, Taguig
