DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Production database (File maker)Enter new closed won programsProcess program changes (incremental/cancellations/reductions)Actualize programs at month-end to align Billing system with File makerAudit data as requiredWill receive monthly reports from their accounting team of revenue per monthNeed the revenue line items matched in our platform & forecasts adjusted accordinglyNeed to be able to balance contract totals to ensure appropriate updates are made

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have 1-3 or more years of relevant experienceAccounts Payable and Data entry experienceHave a background in auditing, checks/balances, forecasting revenueWorking knowledge of Customer Relationship Management

Location: Mall of Asia, Pasay City

Work Preference: In-center/Onsite

Shift: Monday-Friday (6 weeks training period: 9pm-6am; after 6 weeks 9am-6pm)
