Qualifications & Skills
At least 3 years working experience in relevant field. Solid working experience in trading business is an asset.Effective communication skills and dedication to customer satisfaction.Ability to work independently and a good team player with strong sense of self initiative with pro-active attitude.Good co-ordination, interperso
nal and stress management skills.Able to prioritize, excellent in follow through and attention to detail.Good command of English.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Planning
Assessing and anticipating stock demand according to the latest and future business demands.Analyzing and anticipating the stock demand to decide the optimum inventory holding.Respo
nsible in stock allocation according to business priority when any supply co
nstraint to stocked products.Ensuring the optimum inventory level to have the co
ntinuous supply according to the latest business demands without overcapitalizing on material or goods in transit.Analyze and feedback to ESRs or Sales Manager for the forecast accuracy and highlight if found any unrealistic demand input during the weekly BSO and push out report or mo
nthly S&OP meeting.Inventory review from time to time and implement necessary action to clear redundant, obsolete or expired stock.
Purchasing
Execute the purchasing according to the purchase requisition or forecast planning requirement.Respo
nsible in forecast and replenishment planning to support customer’s demand or product with VMI co
ntract or stocking.Respo
nsible to coordinate with suppliers, scheduling, follow up delivery and collaborate closely with other departments to meet customer demand.a

nsible to communicate to ESR & CSR supporting with purchase reports for related customers to initiate customer communication or further necessary actions. a
lert on supply situation and make necessary arrangement or communication to avoid any delinquent in delivery.Work closely with suppliers for delivery time, delivery volume, quality and new updates.Liaise with logistic partners for im
portation.Work closely with internal and external warehouse to execute the incoming process accordingly ensuring the information capture in ERP are matching to physical inventory. Check accuracy of warehouse or logistics service provider’s bills.Support in claim for product with quality issue and adhere to the quality process and docu

nsible for getting approval of President – Asia’s for new vendor set up and periodically review on supplier’s performance and e
valuation. Handle customer registration with new vendors.Physical stock count when it is required.Assist Supply Chain Manager studying on logistic cost saving.
