EMAPTA is looking for Email and Chat Representatives to become a part of their awesome team in Makati.

As an Email and Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely responses to customer concerns. You shall assist Property Managers and/or Owners who rent their properties online.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
• Communicating efficiently and effectively with customers via Email and Chat; also take in calls if needed
• Answering general inquiries
• Providing basic troubleshooting
• Resolving complaints or customers regarding their reservations
• Encouraging customers to upgrade their services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• A Bachelor’s Degree or have at least finished 2nd Year College or have finished a 2-year Technical / Vocational course
• At least 2 years of solid experience in being an Email and Chat Support Representative or CSR Voice
• Experience with a Travel or Reservations Account
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Passion in communicating with customers all day, every day
• The desire to turn an unhappy customer into an advocate
• Previous experience in problem solving or troubleshooting
• Willing to take in calls from time to time
• High attention to detail
• The eagerness and the will to learn and improve upon your own skills
• Must be willing to work onsite
