We’re looking for Customer Success specialists.

You’ll provide 1st line support to Locads customers, using our ticketing system.You handle high volumes of incoming inquiries from clients (chats and emails) within SLAs.You'll take ownership of client issues aiming to resolve within one touch. You'll escalate unresolved tickets to the appropriate internal teams.You'll identify and escalate trends in contact types to the internal operational and tech teams.Collect and provide client feedback to the customer

Your background

Experience within customer or technical support, ideally in a business to business setting.Ability to problem solve, think quick and provide customers with an excellent service.Experience with ticketing systems.Excellent written and spoken communication.
