Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College DegreeAt least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Quickbooks knowledge is a mustHave 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.Maintains a file of all Customer Invoices, Suppliers Invoices, Delivery Receipt and other documents are filed properly.Maintains all company files such as Mayor’s permit, BIR certificate and other Government related documents.Preparation of collection summary for commission computation.Update payments In Quickbooks including the witholding tax deductionsAnswer Phone calls, Process and validates customers invoices from phone calls, faxes , emails and website ordersEnsures that the sales invoices are correctly recorded in the Quickbooks.Ensures that the suppliers’ invoices are recorded in the Quickbooks.Assures that the payments are recorded the cash disbursements in the Quickbooks correctly.Assures that the cash collections from the customers are recorded correctly.Prepare check voucher and related check as the payment of the accounts due to supplier & utilitiesPrepares Purchase OrdersResident of Antipolo, Marikina or Cainta is a plusTo perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Manager from time to time.
