This role will lead and drive end to end projects and migrations to ensure sustainable growth and governance.The Specialist – Projects & Migration will work directly and indirectly with all levels of Orica employees and external stakeholders. This will also focus primarily on the overall management of key projects and migrations and any other activities assigned by the GBS Head and Projects & Transformation Manager.What you will be doing People and Process Leadership Lead, drive, implement and monitor overall projects and migrations strategies.Manage specific substream, ensure alignment, reporting and communication Projects and Migrations Strategic Governance, Project, and Change Management.Develop and maintain valuable stakeholder relationships and implement stakeholder engagement strategies including informing, consulting, and involving stakeholders in all related projectsAssist workstreams to effectively consult and engage stakeholders on relevant projectsIdentify stakeholder issues and act appropriately to address issuesAdvise senior management of issues and/or risks to stakeholder relationships for effective risk management Ad Hoc Duties Act as back up for Transitions Lead for follow-up meetings and reporting with GBS and Orica ManagementAct as a peer back-up for meetings, reporting and day to day activities.
