Job Summary:The Customer Care Officer is the point of contact of the buyer within the organization from post-booking until loan takeout. He/She is responsible for the achievement of his/her target by assisting the buyer in their loantakeout journey with the financing partners. Make sure accounts will be taken out with financing institutionsbased on milestones.Key Responsibilities:Assist client with all transactions.Provide updated information to clients.Status Monitoring and Updating of accounts managedProgress Monitoring based on milestones (Post Booking to Loan Takeout).Provide assistance to the team.Perform tasks that may be assigned.Qualifications:College graduate of 4-year course, preferably business degree.Preferably with at least 1-year relevant experience in loans processing and/or customer servicing.Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word)Flexible and adaptable to change, resourceful, trustworthy, open to criticism, positive attitude, compassionate, professional, team player, respectful, service excellence, innovative.Must be amenable to work onsite at Tinio Mandaluyong City.
