TRUCKING DISPATCH COORDINATOR
Directs and coordinates activities of Chief Operator and Trailer Driver. Establishes priorities and schedules deliveries in a manner consistent with customer service goals.

nal efficiency. Maintain daily delivery log co
ntaining delivery time, job number, truck required, etcManages maintenance of trailers and trucks. Reviews driver’s trip tickets and approves driver’s expense reimbursement.Prepares and submits daily trip reportsEnsure efficient utilization of drivers and equipment.Identify and resolve daily scheduling issues.Inform and escalate service issues to superior and management as appropriate. Maintain timely and professio
nal communication with customer co

QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree of any course At least 3 years of experience in the same fieldKnowledge and experienced in Car Carrier HaulageMust have knowledge in using Microsoft Office application specially MS Excel At least one year of supervisory experienceAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven work placeEffective and professio
