· Verifies arrival schedule of incoming shipments from appropriate shipping lines/airlines
· Release of cargo from Customs Clearance Area both for import and Export and payment of necessary expenses.
· Submit all necessary clearances and permits for customs clearance.
· Accompany the Bureau of Quarantine and DTI-BPS Examiner or other agencies if needed.
· Pick-up documents to consignee’s office necessary for customs clearance

· Insure compliance of all shipment for customs clearance.
· Perform other task that Operations may require.
· Monitors customs processors and makes sure the customs clearance is within the standard lead time;
· Coordinates with shipping lines, forwarders, consolidators, port operators and outside warehouses on the related charges needed for the customs clearance;
· Ensures timely requests of check and cash requirements;
· Coordinates with dispatchers on the truck requirements and messengers for messengerial requirements;
· Monitors the turnaround time of cash advances and liquidations in possession of customs processors;
· Books all transactions using the Booking Module;
· Safe keeps all operations documents.
