In-House Customs Broker

Job Description

Files goods declaration on goods imported by the company or imported on behalf of the companyComputes the correct and/or most cost-efficient Customs duties and taxesCoordinates with the company’s foreign suppliers to ensure proper export formalities (atorigin) and proper and speedy import formalities in the PhilippinesRecommends and implements the most cost-effective importation processEnsures the correct, fast and cost-efficient delivery of containers and shipments toclient’s warehouse or delivery addressPerforms other tasks and duties as may be assigned from time to time

Work Arrangement

• He/she will report for work at East Tower, Tektite Towers, Ortigas Center, Pasig City from Monday to Friday – subject to new work arrangements in response to the Covid pandemic.

Compensation Package

• Gross salary of P18,000.00; signing bonus but refundable in case of premature resignation or on just termination; HMO benefits upon regularization; and performance- based bonus upon regularization.

Qualifications

Professional customs brokerAt least 1 year of experience working as customs broker or in the logistics/supply chainindustryMust be of good moral character (with character reference from immediately precedingemployer or a person of authority in his or her community)
