Provide assistance to Customer Management Manager in managing the overall functions of customer service in dealing with customer concerns, providing effective communications and act as a liaison between customers, operations, sales and other departments to ensure efficient service levels are delivered and issues and solutions are properly communicated.
Review shipped volume and manage the overall shipping volume forecast. Review actual customer volumes versus awarded volumes (including pricing) and adherence to carrier guidelines.Ensure compliance check against corporate, legal guidelines and destination country SOP are executed.Ensure smooth cross-functio

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Degree/ Diploma in Customs Administration or any business course 3-5 years of relevant experience from freight and logistics industry Self motivated, ambitious, result/target oriented, sound industry knowledge
