Duties and Responsibilities
TERMINAL
1. Manages and directs the Terminalling Dept.
2. Validates product quantity control reports like Thruput/dispatching, vessel/shore tank outturn, product movement and conducts variance analyses thereof.
3. Monitor terminalling performance and product quality.
4. Review terminalling process and implements improvements.
5. Assumes control of operation of terminal facilities/equipment during bulk receipts from foreign vessels/trucks and custodial overview of product quantity control thereof
6. Implement terminal facilities and equipment maintenance and housekeeping program
7. Ensures that approved procedures related to terminalling are properly followed.
8. Monitors performance of terminalling personnel and recommends necessary training.
9. Acts on non-conformance and non-compliances issued to her / him and ensures that corrective action and preventive actions are implemented based on required or agreed timetable.
10. Oversees contractors for maintenance and repair works at Tank Farm and TTLR facility
11. Ensures compliance to government regulations on anti-pollution, operations and inspection.
PORT
1. Keep tab of whereabouts and estimated arrival of incoming foreign vessels/barge
2.Monitor repair and maintenance of scheduling and implementation of marine equipment.
2.Coordinate mobilization for port clearing activities and lighterage: monitor cargo custody transfer operations on-board vessels for bulk imports/exports of client affiliates
4.Act as owner representative in the port clearing if cargo arrival. Monitor vessel arrival, coordinate with custom, Port Captain and ship agent
5.Ensure quality assurance measure, for vegetable oils are executed and results thereof collected, communicated and recorded.
6.Ensure that Terminal & Port Facilities are well upkeep & safe
Qualifications:
Graduate of any four year course.
At least three (3) years working experience in terminalling
