Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalentFive (5) years warehouse management experience in logistics and/or data processing logistics environmentMust have occupied a supervisory or assistant managerial position for at least 2 yearsKnowledgeable on logistics and distribution operations.Knowledgeable on regulation requirements as applicable to warehouse operations.Strong basic management, human relations and communication skills.

JOB DEscriptION:

Develop and maintains good relationship with clients and partners in the industryevaluates and endorses recommendation for personnel movement i.e, promotion, cross-posting and lateral transfer.Participates on regular MANTEAM coordination meetings and subsequently updates department with regards to issues/action items discussed.Participates on management reviewRepresents the company in industry functions, affairs or activitiesHandles customer complaintsPerforms other tasks related to company services as may be assigned from time to time.
