We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for the overall accuracy of receiving, releasing, checking, stock movement or replenishment of the products and documentation on warehousing aspect. Analyze distribution method for branches and facilitates allocation per branch using identified criteria. Assist in Logistics transportation activities such as routing, efficiency and productivity measures and other transportation activities. Oversee dissemination of workload on a day to day basis and systems and procedures improvement of the department.

A. Warehouse and Distribution

1.Monitors the following and ensure 100% compliance

Receiving of deliveries from suppliersMovement of products to dedicated storage grid and ensures that FeFo are being followed all the times.Temperature reading of the warehouse and reports any deviation on the required temperatureDamages and near to expire RMsPicking and Returns from productionWarehouse utilizationSOH and replenishment of FGs for CAR distribution

2.Ensures actual count on the items and actual kg for raw materials and documentations:

Receiving report for all incoming deliveries and ensures accuracy of the count and item being received.Stock transfer form for all items that are to be transferred from one warehouse to another including packaging and raw materials.Products return slip for all items or packaging materials that are to be returned to suppliers for replacement.Other forms such as product withdrawal form, transmittal form, receiving inventory card.Turnover of documents from CAR to Quezon City

3.Assists logistics transportations on the following:

Daily routing and accomplishment (South area)Truck temperature monitoringValidation of engine on/off report and door sensor

4.Performs freight cost analysis

Facilitates cycle count and coordinates with WICS on the adjustmentEnsures that KPIs are met and revise if necessaryEnsures that GWP are being implemented at all times and create CAPACoordinates with QA, ICS and SC for warehouse-related activitiesAssists Logistics manager in creating cost savings initiative projects and systems and procedures improvementOversee schedule and workload of the people

B. Distribution

Coordinates with Finance on the extraction of data from SAP as reference for distribution methodFacilitates recommended distribution percentage based on identified criteria (sales volume, storage, proximity etc)Coordinates with Branch ops, retail, sales team and international account for volume related activities

Qualifications:

Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or any related course.At least 3 years’ Supervisory experience in Warehouse and Personnel Management, Dispatch and Delivery.Experience in Material Handling Equipment.Knowledgeable in SAP.Has basic knowledge on safety.Willing to be assigned in our plant in Carmelray 1, Canlubang, Laguna.
