Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the coworking facility including welcoming of guests, cashiering, inventory management, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility. Schedule is shifting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Welcome and entertain guests;
· Facilitate booking of guests by logging them in and out in the property management system;
· Perform cashiering functions, i.e. payment acceptance, OR issuance, and collection settlement;
· Conduct property tour if and when requested by guests;
· Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the property;
· Maintain, protect, and safeguard company assets;
· Establish a flourishing and vibrant shared workspace by concentrating on excellent customer service;
· Ensure that the company brand standards are met or exceeded on an ongoing basis, ensuring a coworking experience at the same level with leading coworking brands in terms of cleanliness, operations, guest experience, and financial management;
· Promote a climate of teamwork and enthusiasm;
· Comply with company’s established policies and procedures;
· Resolve issues regarding coworking services, amenities, and policies, including customer complaints and queries;
· Help facilitate community programs that trigger member engagement and retention;
· Other responsibilities typically required for a Hotel Front Desk Associate.
