The Outbound Logistics POD and Billing Clerk, who reports directly to the Outbound Logistics Supervisor, will be part of the team that will handle the timely and cost-effective pick-ups and deliveries related to the distribution of goods to the designated customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Ensures Proof of Deliveries and billing policy procedures are strictly followed.
2. Ensures the completeness and accuracy of the documents received from the internal and external partners.
3. Responsible for recording and monitoring completed shipment transactions and ensuring the submission of documents are aligned within the agreed lead time.
4. Coordinates with internal and external partners in generating data and information needed relevant to POD, Billing, Claims, etc.
5. Ensures completeness and correctness of documents before encoding in the MD365 for billing.
6. Responsible for the office supplies inventory monitoring and requisition to the Admin Department.
7. Performs routine clerical duties such as filing and transmitting documents to other departments, completing reports on time, etc.
8. Ability to perform all other duties as assigned or requested.
Job Specifications:
· A bachelor’s degree in Logistics or any business-related course is preferred, but work experience will also be considered
· At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerBI, Outlook, etc.)
· Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
· Self-starter but able to take direction, ability to work both independently and as a team player
· Attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity.
