Receptionist

Primarily responsible in effective and efficient delivery of the Ford Guest Experience (FGE) processes for sales at an exceptional level to all guests that come into contact with the dealership's sales department, and the proper and timely compliance with FGE procedural, documentation and reportorial requirements prescribed by the company, plant/manufacturer and/or government regulatory bodies.
