Job Description

Job Description:

• Manage the whole operations in Brokerage and ensure all personnel with

appropriate training, knowledge in terms of brokerage standard procedure,

laws, regulatory changes and ensure to increase the competency of the

whole team to ensure Excellent service and all KPIs are meet based on

the set target goal.

• Monitored the completeness and on-time submission of documents thru

effective communication with various department and properly complied

with customs brokerage transactions.

• evaluate the process and design effective procedures to reduce processing

and operating costs for brokerage businesses and design various

improvement activities.

• Prepare required documents & procedures according to the respective

applicable laws and customer requirements

• Perform regular assessment of all harmonized tariff divisions.

• Be on the top of finding the effective solutions and/or negotiation with BOC

to rectify the challenges and able to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

• Perform other functions that may be assigned by the management from

time to time.

• Trained and skilled in the use of brokerage related automated systems.

• Well Experience and knowledgeable regarding the customs laws, process,

documentation, etc.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Post

Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Customs Administration

• Licenses Customs Broker.

• Knowledgeable in BOC/ PEZA/BOI/DOF and other government agencies’

requirements

• Good business relations, networks with BOC and brokers is an advantage.

Required Skill(s): Must have and maintain Customs Brokerage License, At least 5 years’ work experience in the related field, with MS Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook required, Proven analytical and problem solving skills, Good communication skills both verbal and written, Excellent team-building skills and ability to work independently, Good planning and organization skills, Proven reliability
