Duties and Responsibilities
Checks and examines the abstracts of titles, contracts, and other legal docu
ments to determine ownership of land acquisition;Draws up legal docu
ments covering purchase and sale of land, and other docu
mentary evidence to meet legal requirements;Searches for and examines public records and writes opinions on titles;Drafts and reviews various legal docu
mentation and co
ntracts like Deed of Co
nditional Sale, MOA (Memorandum of Agreement) and other related docu
ments pertaining on land acquisition;Collaborates with external and in-house legal counsel pertaining to legal cases of the properties and recommends the filing of new cases, if needed;Negotiates and settles with the land owners, tenant/s and illegal settlers of subject properties for acquisition;Co
nducts Legal Due Diligence on all property acquisition;Liaises/coordinates with LGUs and other co
ncerned government agencies;Has knowledge/familiarity with the co
nversion of land use;Processes reco
nstitution of missing or lost titles and transfer of titles
Qualifications
Must be Graduate of Bachelor's Degree, Professio
nal Degree in LawMinimum 1-2 years with corporate commercial experienceGood communication and interperso
nal skills, with ability to work with people at all levelsAbility to exercise sound commercial judgment when balancing legal risks against business benefitsSelf-motivated and independent
