The Contract Associate is responsible for tasks pertaining to contracting, customer assets, maintenance coverage, invoicing, credits and revenue processing. This includes providing accurate and timely contracts, contract-related data, and documents to Commercial Operations team and other stakeholders. The role is also responsible in providing support and guidance by answering maintenance, revenue, credit or invoice-related inquiries and issues.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized post-Seco
ndary institution
Experience:
Minimum 2 years related experience in an office. Accounting enviro
nment or high-level customer service environment, excellent MS Office skills, specifically advanced skills in MS Excel, and MS Word and good Math skills.Experience in the use of ERP Tools (e.g. SAP, Oracle EBS) and CRM (e.g. Salesforce) an asset.
