The following are your scope of work: Manage Account PortfoliosHandle complex and customer specific cases, and exceptionsSupport commercial teams in negotiations contract renewal.Perform service review with stakeholder on finance performanceProvide market & customer insight to drive finance performanceDevelop new Innovations and initiatives that is beneficial to strategic customersPerform credit risk assessmentParticipate in cross-functional entity projects to drive operations efficiencyManage contract, litigation, and fraud investigationManage dispute and refund approvalReporting to support business partner activity Requirements:· Bachelor’s degree preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, etc.· At least 2 years’ experience in data analytics, business analysis, or similar quantitative analysis· Solid experience in Excel, Power point, Power BI, Project Management· A quick learner with the ability to work independently and as a team.· Strong sense of accountability, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.· Possess good interpersonal, good team player and able to communicate fluently in English and work with people from round the world· Enthusiastic approach to presenting to internal and external Customers
