Supply Chain Analytics Consultant

Tasks

Supply Chain Analytics Consultant is a part of the Supply Chain Analytics Practice Team. This role will mainly focus on business development and project delivery for global, data-driven organizations within supply chain management area.

Supply Chain Analytics Consultant will be responsible for understanding clients’ processes and needs and proactively advising and proposing solutions based on the facts and available data. The role partially, will also support business development by sharing SC domain expertise and taking part in budling offerings for the clients.

Qualifications

• Domain knowledge of Supply Chain management and quantitative analysis (e.g. inventory optimization, supply chain network design, logistics operations, manufacturing, demand planning and forecasting etc.).

• Understanding of the supply chain processes, mainly for CPG (FMCG) companies, gained during the projects or/and work indirectly in the business. • Working for consulting companies is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in working with numbers and data. Practical experience in data-driven optimization, simulation and modelling related to supply chain.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, together with the ability to rapidly learn new things

• General understating and knowledge in digital technology like ERP, WMS, TMS, APS and other supply chain supporting technology.

• Experience in presentation and project documentation preparation and explaining complex data-driven supply chain improvements to the business.

• A positive approach to challenges, ability to contribute constructively to the team

As a plus:

• Experience in consulting and supply chain digital transformation projects

• Hands-on experience in data analysis using Python, R, SQL, BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)
