Job Purpose
Metrojet lead and coordinator for commercial governance, agreements, and legal matters. Ensure that the Metrojet maximise its business opportunities at an acceptable level of risk. Provide commercial support for sales and business development activities.
The position would be ideal for someone with legal/commercial experience looking to broaden their skillset into business management.
Key Accountabilities:
Commercial and Contract Management
Design, drafting and negotiation of Metrojet Commercial Agreements including Aircraft Management and Charter, and Maintenance and Aircraft Hangarage Agreements.Develop, operate and maintain commercial systems and procedures to meet the organizatio
nal needs across all Metrojet locations, ensuring compatible processes and procedures are followed with regio
nal variations when necessary.Act as key liaison, alo
ngside operations personnel, with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to provide and maintain authorized facilities in line with the Group strategy;Ensure all contracts, both supplier and purchaser, are entered into, in the best interests of the company, managed, recorded and kept in an accessible manner.Company lead in managing and resolving commercial and/or co
ntractual issues and disputes.Commercial assistance in Mergers, Acquisition and Divestiture opportunitiesProvide internal training on legal topics.Respo
nsible for client screening process; perform KYC and co
nduct intelligence reports to assess risks and provide recommendations to management. Ensure sales activities strictly comply with ethical and internal standards.
Corporate Secretarial and Governance Duties

nsible for the corporate compliance and reportorial requirements with the relevant government authorities. Mo
nitor legal compliance of Metrojet companies and assure co
ntinuing compliance with government requirements on business permits, corporate governance.Provide Corporate Secretarial services, such as preparation of Certifications by the Corporate Secretary, Minutes of the Meeting, Board Resolutions.Provide in-house notarial services.Any other suitable tasks as assigned by management
Job Specifications
Education:
Bachelor degree in Legal, Finance, Business or any related discipline.
Experience:
At least eight (8) years’ related experience, preferably in a similar capacity in business aviation and/or legal discipline.Experience in co
ntract drafting and negotiation.Strong commercial acumen and knowledge.Corporate secretarial experience will be an advantage.
Specific Competencies, Skills and Knowledge:
Previous internatio
nal experience, particularly in the Asia region.Detailed minded, strong business acumen with an excellent level of financial literacy.Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English is required. Chinese and other language skills is a plus.a
