1. Legal Support
Provide legal support in terms of the corporate secretariat, legal advisory, co
ntract review, and co
ntract drafting in relation to strategic initiatives of the company as well as its subsidiaries and related companiesCoordinate with government agencies to attend to special legal requirements/needs of the various departmentsRender legal opinion, draft/review co
ntracts to support operations of other departmentsAttend legislative and administrative hearings and consultations
2. Compliance Support

Act as Data Protection Officer of the company.Mo
nitor the company’s compliance with the DPA, issuances of the NPC, and other privacy laws, such as but not limited to the GDPR and privacy-related provisions in the issuances of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Insurance Commission and other relevant regulators.Develop, implement, review, and audit company policies, processes, and systems related to data privacy to achieve compliance with relevant regulations.
